Wow, you actually had something decent going for a bit, worthy of a 8 or a 9.

The animation was a little underdone at times, and was obviously recycled at times. No problem with recycling animation, just don't make it so painfully blatant. The drawings seems a little off at times, but the fact that there was so much effort put into it is rather touching. Had a very excellent choice of music as well.

And then the ending. What the hell? Talk about jumping the shark. Completely took away any credibility the flash might have had, and brought it way, way down.

1. It seemed a bit slow with the expectations of the fast-paced ninja at times, and the steady tempo of the music only seemed to remind us of this fact.

2. It was a tad short as well, but worse..

3. It left us with a cliffhanger. Come now, surely it wouldn't take long to complete this? So much has been done already!
